The top of the range trailed, 2 bale capacity balefeeder, the Chainless TE205 literally feeds every type of round or square bale without ever plugging, and it minimises feed waste. It’s patented Total Control Self-loading System simplifies bale loading ensuring every bale is loaded correctly and with a beef’d up 3 ton capacity it handles the largest of bales with ease.

CHAINLESS – no troublesome feed chains is a key advantage for – Reliability, lower maintenance and quieter operation, the teasing action of the rotors uses feed more economically, because it is easier for the cattle as they can eat it because it is fluffed up. The Chainless TE205 can effectively feed out any bale type in both round or square. Chainless is a virtually silent feeding operation which means stock are more comfortable.
TOTAL CONTROL SELF-LOADING SYSTEM – gives you total control over loading the bale. The simple, reliable and fool-proof single cylinder design of the Hustler loading system is safer than other loading systems and allows unwrapping of the bale above the feed cradle, reducing waste. The Hustler loading system can be reversed if the operator decides not to load that bale. It also has more support area for soft or square bales. The TE205 has more leverage, stronger design and larger 1.5 tonne capacity.
FEED ANY BALE – The new rotor shape and bale chamber design has better penetration on tight bales, frozen bales and square bales and the shape cleans sticky bales better. A patented new Axial rotor has more grip on sloppy, rotor cut bales which makes feeding them out easier and more efficient and centralizes the bale in the feeding chamber, reducing wastage. The larger bale chamber makes it possible to feed out a wider range of bales, and makes using the TE205 very simple for operators of all skill levels and reduces the need for platform adjustment.
EASY CLEANING – The new Easy Clean Hypaflo wiper panel – The newly developed wiper panel that clears the hay from the rotors better. It has a new quick release latching system for releasing the panel to clean out any hay.
STABILITY – The Chainless TE205 with its low centre of gravity and wide wheel track makes it the most stable bale feeder on the market when in operation adding peace of mind.

Axial rotor
The addition of a new Axial Rotor with centralising paddles keeps the bale positioned in the centre of the feeding chamber to minimise wastage and provide better grip on soft bales.

Polyethylene floor
Hustler’s proven polyethylene platforms with ribbed design keeps bales tracking straight and with 30% less friction than steel it reduces drag on the bale which makes feeding out sticky bales easier and it will never corrode. The TE205’s platform is wider to reduce waste with sloppy bales.
Hypaflow wiper
The Easy Clean Hypaflo Wiper Panel minimises blockages and ensures that hay drops outside the wheel tracks to avoid being flattened into the mud. A quick release latch releases the wiper panel for easy cleaning.

Many hours of research and development have gone into the shape of the teeth to makes them clean easier, and have more aggression on tight bales. The TE205 has 5 teeth per rotor to provide extra grip on soft bales.
Tie point for strings
We’ve included to grab bars, so you can tie the square bale strings to the platform. This save the operator having to remove the strings before feeding out.
Adjustable platform
The position of the new platform design is adjustable to suit any bale type you may need to feed out, from the worst of miss-shapen bales to the tightest packed square bales the TE205 handle them with ease.
FeedGuide
The clear, easy to read platform height guide shows starting positions for various bale types making it easier to use for all operators.
Protective covers
Transmission covers protect against mud and debris getting at the heavy duty drive system which reduces maintenance.
Loadial
The new easier to read loading indicator makes loading any bale simple: line up the indicator to correct bale position, back in and load.
Divertor valve
Our divertor valve is a safety feature and allows the TE205 to be used behind tractors with just 2 double acting remotes.
High tensile chassis
The TE205 is built to handle larger bales and has an impressive strength to weight ratio, achieved by using high tensile steel and larger section members. We’ve done our homework and put the steel where it’s needed, not in case it’s needed.
6-stud axles
Our 6-stud axles are the strongest on the market giving you longer life and more load capacity.
Massive ground clearance
The TE205 is has the more ground clearance allowing you to operate on rugged terrain and with the clean underside of the chassis there is nothing to damage or get snagged should you belly out.
Single post drawbar
The single post drawbar design has set the benchmark in feeder maneuverability and tighter turning. The drawbar is fitted with built-in road-legal safety chain mounts and an adjustable height towing eye.
Swiveling towing eye
The heavy duty 12,000kg rated forged towing eye has 50mm height adjustment to suit different size tractors. It rotates 360°, making feeding out on uneven terrain trouble-free.
Heavy duty parking jack
New heavy-duty parking jack has an oversize mounting for a positive lock and safety. To allow for tighter turning, we’ve added an extra mount on top of the drawbar for stowing the jack.
Stringbox
The Chainless TE205 is equipped with a large capacity stringbox which is very handy for stowing that bale wrap, fencing standards, and other items while you’re out and about.
Flotation tyres
Extra wide 13/55-R16 flotation tyres are standard equipment for less compaction in wet conditions.
Mudguards
Mudguards standard keep your feed clean and dry when traveling between paddocks and reduces feed spoilage when operating in muddy conditions.

Hose holder
Requested by farmers and unique to Hustler balefeeders, the drawbar mounted hose holder keeps the hydraulic hoses out of harms way, reducing chances of downtime. The TE205’s hose holder has provision to hold the hoses when the bale feeder is not in use.
