Admin Assistant
What You’ll Be Doing:
Wholegood Registrations:
- Managing registrations for all our wholegoods.
- Ensuring everything meets our company standards and requirements.
Invoicing:
- Preparing and sending invoices to our customers.
- Sorting out any account discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
Warranty Registrations:
- Taking care of warranty paperwork and registrations.
- Dealing with any warranty-related questions or issues.
Goods Receiving:
- Checking incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Keeping our inventory records tidy and accurate.
DVLA Registrations:
- Handling vehicle registrations and making sure all the details are spot on.
- Keeping our records up-to-date and accurate.
General Admin:
- Helping the accounts team with day-to-day tasks.
- Filing, organizing, and pitching in wherever needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with great attention to detail – you love getting things right the first time.
- Comfortable using programs like Excel, Word, and email.
- Any experience with accounts, registrations, or admin work is a big plus!
- A team player who’s also happy to work independently when needed.
- Organised and good at managing your time.
Salary dependent on Experience
Full or Part-time role available for the right candidate.

Service Technician
Opportunities within agricultural machinery, trailer & ATV departments
Duties will include servicing, repairing, fault-finding and diagnostics as directed both on and off-site. You will be required to work as part of a team with the ability to complete tasks independently. Experience in agricultural engineering is preferred.
Full product training will be provided where necessary for successful applicants.

The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated and performance-driven, preferably with agricultural experience and previous experience working in a similar role.
Duties:
Identify and Maximise Sales of Agricultural Equipment
Develop relationships with new clients in your territory whilst maintaining strong relationships with existing client accounts
Learn & develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Participate in all relevant product and industry training.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports & regular communication with customers.
Awareness of market changes & competitors.

Parts Advisor
Working in our parts department you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the parts department covering both retail sales and workshops.
Due to the nature of our business we need someone diverse who can adapt to the demands of the different services we offer.
Responsibilities include; Promote and grow retail sales
Liaising with retail customers Liaising with workshop and service department staff
Liaising with suppliers Ordering/returning parts
Handling warranty parts
Using our in-house computer software
Stock checks
Handling quotations & Price checking
maintain adequate stock levels for retail and workshop
Maintain the showroom
Goods receiving of parts
Full-time position
Monday to Friday 7:45AM-5PM
Saturday by rota 7:45AM-12PM
Salary negotiable (dependent on experience)
