Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated accounts assistant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive and ambition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Registration: Register vehicles with the DVLA and manufacturers for warranty purposes.

  • Invoicing: Raise sales ledger invoices and print/send monthly sales ledger invoices.

  • Transaction Processing: Handle daily counter transactions and customer receipts.

  • Banking: Prepare daily banking documents and deposits.

  • Purchase Ledger: Print and post purchase ledger invoices.

  • Credit Control: Manage credit control and assist customers with any queries they may have.

  • Customer Service: Answer incoming telephone calls and provide general office support.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Drive and Ambition: Demonstrate a proactive approach and a strong desire to succeed.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and various software applications.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Service Technician

Opportunities within agricultural machinery, trailer & ATV departments

Duties will include servicing, repairing, fault-finding and diagnostics as directed both on and off-site. You will be required to work as part of a team with the ability to complete tasks independently. Experience in agricultural engineering is preferred.

Full product training will be provided where necessary for successful applicants.

This exciting opportunity will involve the promotion and sale of our renowned market-leading tractor and machinery franchises. Including Krone, Kuhn, Ifor Williams Trailers, Joskin, Rolland, Can-Am, Polaris etc...

Throughout your given territory you will be required to visit customers to establish and build strong customer relationships and be proactive and successful in selling our market-leading franchises.

Impeccable presentation and customer service skills will be required with the ability to work independently and as part of our team.

The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated and performance-driven, preferably with agricultural experience and previous experience working in a similar role.

Duties:

Identify and Maximise Sales of Agricultural Equipment

Develop relationships with new clients in your territory whilst maintaining strong relationships with existing client accounts

Learn & develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

Participate in all relevant product and industry training.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports & regular communication with customers.

Awareness of market changes & competitors.

Trainee Sales Representative

Parts Advisor

Working in our parts department you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the parts department covering both retail sales and workshops.

Due to the nature of our business we need someone diverse who can adapt to the demands of the different services we offer.

Responsibilities include; Promote and grow retail sales

Liaising with retail customers Liaising with workshop and service department staff

Liaising with suppliers Ordering/returning parts

Handling warranty parts

Using our in-house computer software

Stock checks

Handling quotations & Price checking

maintain adequate stock levels for retail and workshop

Maintain the showroom

Goods receiving of parts

 

Full-time position

Monday to Friday 7:45AM-5PM

Saturday by rota 7:45AM-12PM

Salary negotiable (dependent on experience)
